Janitorial / Sanitation Specialist

At Maintenance Resources Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial / Sanitation Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company and gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning and sanitation of all areas of the job site as directed by the supervisor.
  • Complete specific non-routine cleaning tasks according to specified job orders.
  • Remove garbage and trash as specified by job order.
  • Clean and sanitize all high-touch areas as specified by the job order.
  • Ensure the job site is maintained and fully cleaned as specified by the job order.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • No experience needed, but willingness to learn and develop over time.
  • Ability to spend 8 hours on feet and lift 25 pounds.
