We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Patient Service Representative to join our team at Care Alliance LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide critical first contact between patients and our healthcare center, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Process medical records, update demographics, and collect insurance information in our Practice Management System/Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
- Modify clinical staff schedules as needed and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address patient questions, requests, and concerns.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of Patient Services experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Medical records experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using EPIC.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and converse in English and Spanish.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm.
