Key Responsibilities
- Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation levels regularly.
- Promptly report and respond to any changes in patient conditions.
- Clearly communicate test results and procedures to patients and their families.
- Provide education on post-hospital care, including medication management and preventive measures.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- One (1) year or more of experience in an Acute Care environment is preferred.
