Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to our members, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the cafe area and surrounding spaces
  • Restock and replenish food and beverage supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
