Job Description
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our hospice team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients and families in various settings, providing basic care and emotional support. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and services provided
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a CNA license, six months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology, and current CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include additional experience in hospital staff RN, Med Surg, PACU, Float pool, ER or emergency room, critical care, acute care, cardiac, geriatric, admissions, wound care, telemetry, nursing home, or travel. We also require a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
