In your role as a Veterinary Assistant, you will be instrumental in aiding our veterinarians and technicians while fostering a welcoming and low-stress atmosphere for both clients and their pets. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Maintaining accurate medical documentation
- Preparing the surgical area and patients for procedures
- Administering prescribed medications
- Conducting laboratory tests and imaging diagnostics
- Providing care for hospitalized and boarding animals
- Educating clients on pet care
Our well-established clinic features a team of five veterinarians and operates Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. There are no late-night or on-call responsibilities.
