Pentex Restaurant Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our Taco John's restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve maximum performance and provide direction and guidance to ensure a positive and motivating work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that the restaurant meets company guest standards and follow-up on guest complaints in a timely manner.
- Financial Management: Manage all restaurant financial controllables, including labor, overtime, food, supplies, cash management, and deposits, within company standards.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain and protect all company assets, develop food safety behaviors and standards, and follow proper opening, closing, safety, and security procedures.
- Experience: 1 year of fast food general management experience and 2 years of traditional fast food experience.
- Skills: Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and advanced understanding of all full-service restaurant operations.
