About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team at HID Global. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in helping us design and implement effective internal audit processes that ensure the integrity of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute various assurance audits throughout the year to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Analyze data points to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in special projects, such as investigations, due diligence, and corporate program reviews, to provide expert advice and support.
  • Develop into a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with the global internal audit team to share best practices and improve audit processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in internal audit or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in internal controls and SOX compliance.
  • Big 4 experience highly desired.
