Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our commercial location. This includes performing general cleaning and sanitizing tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring the facility is well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Supervise and train staff on cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure the facility meets our high standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift, and pull.
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
  • Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with the public.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to lead staff.
