Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse at Hospitality Health ER plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional medical care to patients across all age groups. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of skill, empathy, and professionalism in their practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, implement, and assess emergency medical care
  • Comply with RN Standards and Practices
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives
  • Accurately execute physician's directives
  • Recognize and respond to medical crises
  • Provide mentorship and support to fellow staff members
  • Facilitate effective communication with patients and colleagues
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and family members

  • Ensure a safe and orderly work environment

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a valid Texas nursing license
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications; additional certifications may be necessary
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Strong observational skills
  • Self-driven and proactive attitude
