Leading NICU Nurse Caregiver

As a NICU Registered Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing support and teaching to family units, while communicating effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for performing clinical nursing duties for neonates and infants according to policy and procedures. This includes recognizing developmental stages of neonates and infants, providing appropriate interventions, and responding promptly and appropriately to acute changes in neonate/infant condition.
What You Will Do- Provide direct patient care to neonates and infants in the NICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- At least one year of experience as a NICU Registered Nurse RN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
