GMP Custodian

At Quotient Sciences Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled GMP Custodian to join our team in Boothwyn, Philadelphia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of our facility, equipment, and instruments in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

• Lead in Cleaning/Sanitization Procedures: You will be responsible for executing daily cleaning/sanitization procedures of the facility, equipment, and instruments, adhering to GMP standards.
• Schedule Optimization: You will interpret schedules and make decisions to maximize the flow of cleaning activities, ensuring minimal delays in production.
• Cleaning Documentation: You will review or second-check cleaning of equipment and associated documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GMP standards.
• Supply Management: You will liaise with Material Management and/or arrange orders for manufacturing consumables, ensuring adequate supplies are available in the manufacturing area.
• Training and Development: You will train personnel on GMP Area Cleaning and equipment cleaning, promoting a culture of quality and compliance.
• Facility Sanitization: You will perform facility sanitization & equipment cleaning procedures, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A High School Diploma (GED) with some experience in GMP manufacturing or equipment maintenance/calibrations;
• Competency in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Windows Operating System;
• Experience and knowledge of cleaning within a GMP regulated environment/department (preferred);
• Preferable experience of working in a pharmaceutical analytical/manufacturing environment or equivalent experience in another role;
• The ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, equipment operating and maintenance instructions, and standard operating procedures;
• The ability to apply concepts, such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions;
• Proficiency in using a calculator;
• The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
