Job Title: Clinic Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Golden Steps ABA is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinic Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our clinic and ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Manage or assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling.
  • Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and support to RBTs and BCBA staff on ABA techniques and programming.
  • Implement and prepare program curricula and annual reports on program effectiveness.
  • Provide direct services to clients and their parents, when appropriate.
  • Conduct consistent communication with treatment team members regarding programming and any difficulties that may arise.
  • Complete annual performance evaluations for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors.
  • Communicate with Golden Steps ABA administrative teams to assist in staff and client records management and payer relationships.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.
  • Experience with children ages 1-4 is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience for Clinic Director.
