Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan with employer matching.

Job Description

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of students' communication skills
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address specific needs
  • Delivering engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • A valid SLP state license
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
