BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health Admission professional in Exton, Pennsylvania.

This is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes throughout Chester County.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, with a focus on admission and assessment. Prior experience in home health care is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for following a designated care plan, making home visits to clients, and performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring clients' conditions, reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager, and accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Qualifications for this role include a current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania, a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience, and prior home care experience strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will also have graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
