About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans and home programs.
  • Administer patient treatment plans, utilizing a range of physical therapy techniques and modalities as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress, updating and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families/caregivers on physical therapy procedures and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Active and clear NYS PT license or temporary permit following NYS Practice Act guidelines.
  • BLS (current or scheduled).
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy as of 8/12.
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure practice as a Physical Therapist (preferred).
