At North Country Hospital, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a community-focused setting. As a Primary Care RN, you will play a vital role in managing daily provider schedules and ensuring patients receive timely attention.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Previous experience working in a primary care office is preferred, as well as experience working with pediatric patients.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, our employees enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Perform telephone triage based on clinic standing orders and RN scope of practice.
  • Relay messages and results to patients and assist in developing a plan of care.
  • Order medications, tests, and referrals, and ensure patient understanding.

**Requirements:**

  • Maintain a current VT or multistate RN licensure.
  • Maintain a current BLS certification.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
