Migrant Transportation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Migrant Transportation Specialist to join our team at Grandview School District. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting students over scheduled routes and/or to/from special excursions.

• Transport students safely and efficiently
• Ensure vehicle operation is in good condition
• Monitor student safety during transport
• Loading and unloading from buses

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a bus driver preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. The job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing.
