Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at Marshall Medical Centers, an affiliate of the Huntsville Hospital Health System. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive the necessary care and services to meet their healthcare needs.

• Review patient records to identify potential admission and continued stay requirements for third-party payors.
• Collaborate with other Case Management staff to ensure seamless patient care and services.
• Assist with daily activities related to the operation of the Quality Management Department and the Medical Center.
• Develop and implement care plans to meet patient needs and ensure compliance with medical staff-approved criteria.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Current RN license in the State of Alabama.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and supplies.
• Capable of job training in hospital and department policies and procedures.

Marshall Medical Centers is a 150-bed hospital in Boaz, Alabama, and a 90-bed facility in Guntersville, Alabama. We are part of the Huntsville Hospital Health System and serve the residents of Marshall County and the surrounding area.
