Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems, electrical systems, and gym equipment to ensure safe and optimal operation.
- Outdoor Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas, including landscaping, pathways, and parking lots.
- Problem-Solving: Use strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Experience: Experience in assembly of gym equipment is highly desirable.
- Language: Fluency in written and oral English and local language is required.
- Computer Skills: Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and database software are advantageous.
