The Production Assistant - Busser / Dish Washer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of production supplies at Central Market. This role involves working under immediate supervision and applying basic skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash dishes in compliance with Central Market H-EB and Health Department sanitation protocols
  • Assist team with deep cleaning assignments
  • Maintain cleanliness/sanitation in department
  • Remove trash and cardboard from the department
  • Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks
  • Assist in daily set up, maintenance and break down of food service areas
  • Other duties may be assigned
