Job Title: Quality Inspector

Join our team at NESCO Inc as a Quality Inspector, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting in-process and final inspections on all work cells, setting up miscellaneous gauging as needed, and providing guidance and training to production associates.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections on all work cells using various hand measuring tools.
  • Set up miscellaneous gauging as needed for production use.
  • Perform 1st piece inspections as needed.
  • Provide various auditing needs such as process auditing and ISO auditing.
  • Help provide guidance and training as needed to production associates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year Quality Floor Inspector experience in a machining and/or manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to read blue prints.
  • Proficient at using Comparators, Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gages, and Height Gages.
  • Applicants will be subject to pre-employment screening.
  • Must be able to stand on feet for entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
