About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Counselor for End-of-Life Care to join our team at Lighthouse Hospice Care LLC. The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

In this position, you will be responsible for assessing the spiritual needs of hospice and palliative care patients, contributing to their care plan, and providing emotional support and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers. You will also maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided using EMR and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work from an accredited college or university.
  • One year of counseling experience in a healthcare setting or a combination of formal training in pastoral counseling and supervised experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
