Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Federal Tax Intern to join our team. As a Federal Tax Intern, you will work on a team that focuses on a wide range of tax specialty areas, including accounting for income taxes, corporate taxation, and individual taxation.

Responsibilities
  • Complete tax planning and research
  • Prepare federal and state & local tax returns
  • Understand tax regulations and accounting pronouncements
Qualifications
  • 90 credit hours completed
  • Working towards B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university
  • Accounting Major
  • Travel to assigned client locations is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively on a team
