Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company vehicle to customer locations, conducting thorough inspections and administering treatments as needed.
  • Contact customers to schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service.
  • Mix and load products into company vehicles, ensuring accurate and safe handling.
  • Administer treatments, install preventative products, and service bait/termite stations to effectively manage pest populations.
  • Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct home inspections, identifying pest/termite problems and recommending effective solutions.
  • Visit customers to resolve complaints or service issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Prospect for new business leads, expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Driver's License and excellent communication skills.
  • A great attitude and work ethic, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and driving record check.
