Job Title: Master Electrician Supervisor

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician Supervisor to lead our electrical crew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of electrical systems for our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure all team members follow safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including material takeoffs and order tracking.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • CALIFORNIA JOURNEYMAN CARD REQUIRED.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a foreman or supervisor in a commercial and residential setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Osha 10 certification required.
