• Support project leaders in providing construction expertise, including estimation, procurement, cost planning, and more.
• Generate a high standard of service, achieve successful outcomes for clients, capture and share knowledge across projects, enhance our culture of innovation, and reinforce our reputation as a preferred service provider.
• Support new projects for quantity surveying, cost management, and project management.
• Provide reasoned advice on complex matters, understanding when to escalate matters to superiors.
• Support RFP responses, forecasting resources needed for proposals, preparing proposals, and leading negotiations.
• Support client account management, monthly invoicing, purchase order management, and reviewing contractual terms.
• Support and prepare project cost estimates from conceptual through various stages of design using experience, historical data, and parametric ratios.
• Participate in industry benchmarking of project metrics.
• Support and provide cost forecasting and cost control, managing contingencies, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Support change order and claims review, including review and recommendation of entitlements in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions.
• Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients.
• Maintain effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaise with other managers to ensure efficient financial control.
• Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner; meet, negotiate, and correspond with clients to form strong working relationships.
