About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Sevita, a leading provider of community and center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate speech and language skills, development, articulation ability, and voice and fluency disorders of individuals served.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy treatment plans to address communication needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective coordination of services and support.
  • Provide training and education to individuals, family members, and caregivers to promote communication skills and independence.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.
  • One year of experience as a Speech Therapist.
  • Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
