Job Details

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy and a passion for helping children.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' abilities and limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' abilities to perform daily activities and participate in school-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with the school team to ensure students receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
  • Provide education and training to school staff on strategies to support students' occupational therapy goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state license in New York.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
