Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Adult Private Duty

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a private duty setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to adults in need of medical attention.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state of practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
Skills:
  • Adult care
  • G-tube management
Schedule:
  • Full-time, Part-time, PRN
  • Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm
