Job Summary:

Culver's Porter is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner. This includes ensuring a safe and secure environment, completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and maintaining the appearance of the building and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sanitation and Food Safety: Demonstrate consistent sanitation and food safety practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
  2. Pre-Opening Preparation: Complete pre-opening tasks to ensure the restaurant is ready for opening, including checking the restaurant from the previous close and coordinating job duties with other team members.
  3. Maintenance and Repair: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, including equipment maintenance and repair, to ensure the restaurant is in good working condition.
  4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving and storing food and supplies, to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
  5. Guest Service: Provide excellent guest service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs.
  6. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reading and Writing Skills: Basic reading and writing skills required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending, reaching, and cleaning.
