Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at ChristianaCare. As a NICU RN, you will provide exceptional care to our youngest patients, from 22 weeks gestation and up, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill neonates, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the NICU
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- Experience as a NICU RN preferred
- Two years of Acute Care experience strongly preferred
- Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
- BLS required
- NRP certification required
