Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at ChristianaCare. As a NICU RN, you will provide exceptional care to our youngest patients, from 22 weeks gestation and up, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill neonates, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the NICU
Requirements
  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
  • Experience as a NICU RN preferred
  • Two years of Acute Care experience strongly preferred
  • Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
  • BLS required
  • NRP certification required
