Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned transactional attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in corporate law, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute a range of transactional legal matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, and other corporate transactions.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents with a keen eye for detail.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic, practical legal advice.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion within tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the other attorneys at the firm to manage transactions from start to finish, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • 5+ years of transactional experience, including but not limited to mergers & acquisitions and commercial contracts.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex legal concepts.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
