Patient Safety:

* Ensures patient safety by selecting appropriate operative setups and maintaining sterile techniques throughout all procedures.

Customer Care:

* Evaluates customer service levels and suggests improvements based on assessments.

Team Leadership:

* Provides guidance and support to team members regarding the preparation, utilization, and upkeep of supplies and equipment. Aids in onboarding new staff.

Performance Proficiency:

* Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all equipment, contrast media, and inventory utilized during procedures. Maintains proficiency through participation in mandatory educational programs and annual reviews, ensuring continued certification.

Goals and Objectives:

* Collaborates with management to identify and achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Cross-Training:

* Shows eagerness to broaden knowledge and skills.

Technical Expertise:

* Exhibits advanced technical skills in physiological recordings and possesses thorough knowledge of digital radiography imaging. Achieves competence in pacemaker programming, testing, and implantation.

Qualifications:

* Current RT(R) or RN licensure is required.

* American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification at HCP Level is mandatory.

* AHA ACLS certification is required or must be obtained within one year.

* Familiarity with cardiac patients, defibrillators, and emergency response protocols is essential.

* Capable of providing care for patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
