We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transfer materials and products within the warehouse and to/from delivery trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all items are received and stocked in assigned locations according to procedure.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and prepare cycle counts.
  • Complete will calls and ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and transaction entries.
  • Wear proper PPE and uniform at all times during each shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and forklift area, adhering to good housekeeping and safety procedures.
  • Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, established work processes, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of warehouse/logistics experience.
  • 1+ years of industrial forklift experience strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license.

Working Conditions:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with frequent exposure to changing temperatures and physical demands. The successful candidate must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations and pass a pre-employment physical.
