Our 203-bed hospital, Williamson Medical Center, is staffed by over 40 providers at our Williamson Health Medical Group locations. We pride ourselves on delivering world-class, compassionate care to the residents of Williamson County and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments on all patients within the appropriate time frame, utilizing skills of observation, communication, and examination.
- Plan individualized care for each patient, identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnosis, standards of care/practice, interventions consistent with identified problems, and attainable outcomes.
- Develop and implement plans for patient teaching, discharge, and post-discharge needs as necessary.
- Administer medications/solutions safely and in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
- Document accurately and timely.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
- BLS within 90 days of hire.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within six months of hire.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The location is Franklin, Tennessee.
