At FPI Management, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.

  • Repair and maintain apartment homes, buildings, and grounds to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
  • Perform highly diversified duties, including but not limited to, repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances, troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, safety and security systems, and HVAC systems.
  • Paint interior and exterior of buildings, and clean and maintain grounds and landscaping.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably within residential property management.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with company safety protocols.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google Drive and Gmail.
