Job Summary

Baker Electric is seeking a skilled Warehouse Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering construction project materials and equipment to job sites throughout Southern California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport stock from the warehouse to construction job sites in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers to ensure safe transit and delivery.
  • Provide delivery updates to warehouse management and foremen throughout the day as requested.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working order and are returned in the same condition.
  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and material according to production schedules.
  • Provide backup warehouse operations support as needed, including stocking, staging, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Commercial Class A Driver's License required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of driving experience in a commercial size vehicle (15'+ trailer).
  • 1+ year of warehouse operations experience is required.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance is required.
