Barnes & Noble College is a leading retailer of educational content, tools, and merchandise on college campuses. We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bookseller (Seasonal) to join our team at Southern Miss Bookstore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with purchases
  • Shelve, arrange, clean, and organize products to maintain a visually appealing sales floor
  • Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and financial aid payments
  • Work during peak periods, occasional weekends, and flexible scheduling to support the store's needs

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High-energy, friendly personality with strong communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills to match customers with products
  • Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills
  • Flexibility in scheduling
