Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for any damages or discrepancies.
- Organize and allocate materials to designated stock locations efficiently.
- Process special orders and backorders as inventory arrives.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and vendors to resolve any receiving issues.
- Prepare and package materials for delivery to clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of delivery routes and coordinate logistics with carriers.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work environment and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any stock shortages or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Preferred two years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in warehouse operations, including forklift operation and familiarity with electrical products.
- Valid driver's license and age requirement of 21 years for driving company vehicles.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows and SAP software.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry various weights, with frequent standing, walking, and handling tasks throughout the day. A commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant regulations is essential.
