Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and a valid Florida driver's license. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing crisis intervention services, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting clinical behavioral health assessments, and providing supportive and educational counseling services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis intervention services in the community.
  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and update treatment plans with input from the client and family.
  • Conduct clinical behavioral health assessments.
  • Enter written documentation into Electronic Medical Record in a timely manner for all services rendered.
  • Provide supportive and educational counseling services (individual, family, and group) to develop daily living and coping skills.
  • Assist clients with developing natural support systems and refer, advocate, and link clients and families to additional services as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Four years' professional experience in a substance abuse or mental health setting.
  • LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT-MHSP license.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.
