Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our inpatient psychiatric unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and their families, while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Facilitating group therapies and educational sessions for patients and their families.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Requirements: To qualify for this role, you must have a BSN degree and at least 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience is preferred.
