High-End Park Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction professional to join our team as a Project Manager for high-end municipal park projects. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for designated construction projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects within specified time frames and budget parameters. You will be expected to lead and motivate project teams to excel, navigate complex site, civil, concrete, and landscape trades, and collaborate with subordinates and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
We offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from $90,000 to $140,000 per year, dependent on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k) matching, health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Direct and coordinate activities for designated construction projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Utilize expertise to navigate complex site, civil, concrete, and landscape trades.
- Foster collaboration among subordinates and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of construction experience (Preferred).
- Driver's License.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
