Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a clinical setting near Temple City, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including pediatric and adult clients, and will possess strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and client goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings.
  • Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and complete timely documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other therapists.
  • Educate clients, families, and caregivers on techniques to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field through continuing education and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state license (SLP) in California and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working in a clinical setting preferred; new graduates with relevant clinical practicum experience will be considered.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment, and documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
