Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the position of Police Officer. As a Police Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing laws, maintaining order, and providing assistance to the public. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce laws and regulations to maintain public safety and order
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide assistance to the public
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence to solve crimes
  • Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies and community organizations to achieve common goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest policing techniques and technologies
Requirements:
  • Must be a United States citizen
  • Must possess a High School diploma or General Educational Development certificate
  • Must have a valid US driver's license
  • Must be OPOTA certified or a certified Ohio State Trooper
  • Must be currently employed full time in an Ohio law enforcement capacity as a police officer, trooper, constable, sheriff, deputy sheriff, or any other peace officer as defined in section of the Ohio Revised Code
