Position Overview:
  • Complete welding assignments efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Work Schedule:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM (includes a 10% pay differential).
  • Initial Training on 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and layout tasks using technical drawings and specifications.
  • Operate machinery to cut, shape, inspect, and weld materials.
  • Execute welding tasks in various orientations (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
  • Conduct inspections and maintenance on welding equipment.
  • Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift weights between 25-45 lbs.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • U.S. person status is required.
  • Experience in TIG welding is preferred but not mandatory.
