- Complete welding assignments efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM (includes a 10% pay differential).
- Initial Training on 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Prepare and layout tasks using technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate machinery to cut, shape, inspect, and weld materials.
- Execute welding tasks in various orientations (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
- Conduct inspections and maintenance on welding equipment.
- Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift weights between 25-45 lbs.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- U.S. person status is required.
- Experience in TIG welding is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:
Salary starting at $19+/hr DOE, plus a 10% shift differential.
