Key Duties:- Utilizes the nursing process to evaluate patient needs, devise tailored interventions, and assess the effectiveness of care plans. Engages patients and their families in care planning and maintains a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare journey.
- Proactively identifies and responds to significant changes in patient conditions, ensuring timely assessment and necessary adjustments to care plans. Collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Implements measures to enhance patient safety and minimize risks. Assesses readiness for learning and customizes educational approaches for patients and families.

- Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

- Proficient in recognizing situational changes that necessitate unplanned interventions, responding with confidence and adaptability.
