POSITION SUMMARY:
The Real Estate Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining rental properties, enforcing lease agreements, and ensuring that the properties are well-maintained within budgetary constraints. This role also involves financial reporting, processing tenant applications, marketing available units, training staff, and managing contracts with service providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collecting rental payments and property fees
  • Managing property-related expenses
  • Providing financial status reports for the property
  • Engaging with prospective tenants
  • Promoting vacant units
  • Conducting property inspections and coordinating repairs
  • Overseeing contracts with service providers
  • Addressing and resolving tenant complaints
  • Achieving organizational objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in property management is advantageous
  • Strong customer service and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
