About the Role

As an Outpatient Therapist - Behavioral Health Specialist with our team, you'll be responsible for treating a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field, and hold a clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management.
2. Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers.
3. Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students.
4. Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
5. Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. In addition to your salary, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution.
