Job Summary:

The United States Postal Service is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mail Processing Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing and delivery of mail and packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and process mail and packages in a timely and accurate manner
  • Operate various mail processing equipment, including sorting machines and conveyor belts
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time
